This e-learning module aims to assist diverse individuals who encounter interpersonal conflicts in various contexts. This video demonstrates effective conflict resolution strategies such as effective communication, active listening, and empathy. The video illustrates how couples can apply these strategies in their relationships. The video is designed to reflect the Situated Cognition Theory by using real-world scenarios in the e-learning module. The video also incorporated storytelling to help connect to the learner's prior knowledge. I included a plot centered on conflict, relatable characters, and a realistic setting. The video is intended to be fast-paced and concise so that the learners can grasp the main concepts of conflict resolution. The video is easy to follow, preventing boredom or experiencing cognitive overload with excessive information. I also used visually appealing shots with dynamic motion to capture the learners’ attention and interest. Furthermore, the video follows universal design principles, which ensures that the content is accessible and inclusive for all learners, regardless of their abilities or preferences. By viewing this video, the learners will be able to understand the causes and consequences of conflicts and the strategies and skills to resolve them constructively and respectfully.
